This film was made during the early part of the pandemic, inspired by events happening in my home country China. It is a fantastical and satirical bit of virtual world which questions the absurdity, futility, circus, slaughterhouse, ocean of infinite despair that is our life.

It exhibits the state of being lost in civilisation and modernity, an adventure in the wasteland of internet found footage, a reflection of the relationship among technology, virtuality, failures and nature, and also an emotional and nihilistic capitulation to the dread of all that.
